Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analytics partnering with marketing to increase customer engagement and ROI
• Advanced SQL, moderate Python
• Experience with Databricks, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience automating reports, developing metrics, and using those metrics to forecast for the business
• Prior subscription industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Drive the financial success of the business by finding creative ways to solve business problems from an analytics standpoint (developing the right metrics, reports, and visualizations to track the business successfully)
• Focus on performance tracking, root cause analysis, data interpretation, and data-driven insights
• Gather, analyze, condense, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships and trigger points that influence customer behavior
