Responsibilities
  • Reinforce worldwide governance across operational partners to ensure brand integrity and launch excellence
  • Partner with key stakeholders on brand and category initiatives either in a lead or support role
  • Guide Marketing in new product brief and conception creation to ensure design-to agility/profitability/L4TF
  • Oversee and manage roadmaps, product launches and projects in key categories for the Brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the launch cycle
  • Present launch reviews and escalations to Operational and Leadership teams
  • Project timeline preparation and tracking
  • Feasibility Costs and COG/GM analysis
  • Coordinate transversal projects related to sustainability for the brand
  • Partner with Operations and R&I on harmonization, profitability, and sustainability efforts
  • Perform other duties as needed
We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. In addition:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Packaging (Engineering, Science, Technology, Design), or a related engineering/technical discipline is required
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management for launching of global products, including working cross-functionally with Operations teams such as Manufacturing, Sourcing, Packaging, as well as Brand Marketing and Sustainability.
  • Travel to suppliers and manufacturing sites will be a requirement (10-15% of time)
  • Must be team oriented and able to create strong relationships with all cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing products for global markets preferred
  • Strong Technical Skills in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Power Point
  • High proficiency in communication skills (written & verbal), to be able to influence effectively with all levels of our organization internally and externally
  • Good organizational skills to manage the documentation, and information as needed on each project.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis, without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future. (required)
  • The ability to be onsite, in the office, as this is an essential function of the position, including our NY and NJ sites (required)
