Role OverviewThe Implementation Coordinator is a customer-facing, operations-focused role that supports the successful onboarding and system setup of new Quik Stor customers. This position works closely with the Implementation Managers, Training, and Support Teams.
Success in this role is measured by documentation quality, implementation accuracy, timely handoffs, and smooth transitions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Discovery & Requirements Documentation
- Support discovery sessions
- Assist with gap analysis
Product Configuration & Implementation Support
- Assist with configuration
- Validate system setup
- Maintain records
Implementation Handoff & Execution Support
- Coordinate with Implementation Managers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Product, Support, and Training
Customer Support & Enablement
- Support onboarding
- Escalate issues
- 1 to 3+ years SaaS experience
- Strong communication
- Detail-oriented
- Prior experience in the self-storage industry
- Experience implementing property management, proptech, or operational SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with access control systems, payments, accounting workflows, or compliance-driven processes
This role is based at Quik Stor headquarters in El Segundo, California. Regular on-site presence is expected to support close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Product, and Implementation teams. Travel of approximately 10 to 20 percent may be required for customer meetings or implementation-related activities.
