Director, Business Analyst, Business

Director of Product – Oversees the strategic planning, development, and management of Hive Watch’s product portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Work with technology leaders and product managers to remove roadblocks.
• Gain a deep understanding of Hive Watch’s consumers, merchants, internal teams, competitors, and the physical security SaaS market.
• Create, assess, update, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
• In close partnership with the VP of Product, define and follow robust product development processes and practices.
• Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks, turning strategy into cross‑functional aligned tactics.
• Ensure that the product and executive team share a vision of how the product is and evolves in the future.
• Build and grow exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and enabling them to bring products to market.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Business, or Computer Science.
• 12 months of experience in the position or a related position.
• Completed coursework in Price Theory, Risk Management, and Mechanics.

Pay range: $129,000 to $185,000.
