Position TitleContract Management Specialist (Associate or Experienced) – Space Mission Systems Division, El Segundo, CA.
Role SummaryIn this role, you will develop, negotiate, and manage proposals and contracts for a portfolio of Space‑based communications programs including satellites and ground systems. This position will focus on delivering timely contractual solutions, fostering collaboration with cross‑functional teams, ensuring compliance to applicable policies and regulations, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to support Boeing’s growth and execution of programs.
We’re Looking for Individuals Who- Possess strong organizational skills to facilitate multiple concurrent work streams.
- Have experience with U.S. government contracts, including cost‑plus and fixed‑price agreements.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Are adaptable learners, able to quickly embrace new challenges and changes.
- Develop timely and compliant proposals in support of Boeing’s growth targets.
- Summarize contractual issues that arise in contracts and proposals, perform financial analysis of contractual outcomes, and ultimately develop, implement, and negotiate successful solutions.
- Conduct negotiations and sign contracts for products, services, and technologies.
- Develop and present business solutions to drive growth and protect company interests.
- Ensure compliance with business commitments, company policies, and government laws and regulations.
- Coordinate flow‑down and flow‑up of prime terms and conditions with Supplier Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- One (1) year of experience in business‑related functions, including but not limited to finance, contracts, estimating, procurement financial analysis, business operations, supplier management, marketing and sales.
- Three (3) or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers and/or suppliers.
- Experience drafting, proposing, negotiating, and executing contracts and subcontracts.
Successful candidates must satisfy the company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Pay range (Associate, Level 2): $78,200–$105,800. Pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $96,050–$129,950.
