Manages employees performing business management activities in Business Operations. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements. Develops and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

Ensures work statement compliance. Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used. Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

This position's internal job is Product Support Business Operations. Our team is currently hiring for Level K.

• Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals for the program management and scheduling organization.
• Orchestrates hiring and manages hiring status for the program management and scheduling organization.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Ensures work statement compliance.
• Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used.
• Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment:To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business operations, product support, supply chain, or related fields within aerospace or defense industries.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in a business operations environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and enterprise business systems (Costpoint, Team Center, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational metrics and drive process improvements.

• This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. clearance Post Start is required

• Prior experience in aerospace product support or aftermarket business operations.
• Basic knowledge of government contracting and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of product support operations and customer support.
• Familiarity with Millennium’s product support systems and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, supply chain, finance, and customer teams.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience working with government or defense programs.
