The Accounts Payable Clerk processes and pays every bill for X&BM's clients, accurately and on time. This is a full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles, reporting to the Director, Business Management, and supporting the Account Executives across every client book.

Bill pay is the most frequent thing a client sees from X&BM, and it has to be right every time. That means:

• Invoice intake. Receiving vendor invoices, household bills, credit-card statements, and payment requests for every client, capturing them in the accounting system, and routing them to the right client entity and account.
• Coding and approval. Coding each payable to the correct entity, account, and category, and moving it…
