Required Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant acquisition, program management, or project management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in program management
- Demonstrated expertise in project management
- Experience with budget planning and financial management
- Experience with POM (Program Objective Memorandum) development
- Previous work experience in military communications and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems
