Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for an Associate Merchant – Men’s. How Do You Fit In? As the Associate Merchant, Men's, you will be responsible for supporting the Men's merchandising team in daily, weekly, and monthly projects. This includes but is not limited to analyzing sales data, maintaining accurate product records, and supporting the development of seasonal assortments. The ability to multi‑task and prioritize across these projects will be important to the success of this role.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment are required. This position will report to the VP, Merchandising.

Generate regular business recaps that help interpret current results, identify key learnings, and inform future strategy.

Own and maintain accurate product data in Centric PLM, keep Miro visual assortment boards organized and current, and support deck preparation for quarterly IR cycles.

Communicate business needs with cross functional teams;
Design, Planning, Site Merchandising & Marketing.

Provide input in global assortment meetings to support team with selling and trend analysis to shape future assortments.

Attend and participate in key cross‑functional meetings and presentations.

Be obsessed with the competitive landscape, key trends, and market developments.

Partner closely with the International, Wholesale and Marketplace teams to help guide and recommend assortments and support additional adhoc projects.

BA or BS preferred.

1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or retail analytics.

Working knowledge of merchandising practices and retail math.

Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

A team player who can also work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment.

Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems; comfort with the MS Office Suite and AI tools.

Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000-$75,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
