Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Healthcare Construction projects, including renovation, expansion, and ground‑up construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI), OSHPD, and Commercial Projects. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a challenging role while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of our healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and support staff, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of Tenant Improvement (TI) projects, including coordinating with tenants, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of renovation and expansion projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with OSHPD officials to ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues or risks.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role in the Construction industry, with a focus on Healthcare Construction.
  • Proven experience in managing renovation, expansion, and ground‑up construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
  • Strong familiarity with OSHPD regulations and procedures.
  • Experience in managing Commercial Projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues or risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
