Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Superintendent with a strong background in Healthcare-Commercial TI for our rapidly growing Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals and play a pivotal role in managing and executing high‑quality construction projects.

• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and support project progression.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they understand and adhere to the project schedule.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Handle any on‑site issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with project managers and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Implement and maintain OSHPD/HCAI standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry, specifically with healthcare-commercial TI.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on healthcare and commercial tenant improvements.
• Strong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI, Office, Headquarters, Life Sciences, Education, Retail, Restaurant, Ground Up, Renovation, TI, and OSHPD.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• A proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
• In‑depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.
• A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
