Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Superintendent with a strong background in Healthcare-Commercial TI for our rapidly growing Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals and play a pivotal role in managing and executing high‑quality construction projects.
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all construction activities ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and support project progression.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they understand and adhere to the project schedule.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Handle any on‑site issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Implement and maintain OSHPD/HCAI standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry, specifically with healthcare-commercial TI.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on healthcare and commercial tenant improvements.
- Strong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI, Office, Headquarters, Life Sciences, Education, Retail, Restaurant, Ground Up, Renovation, TI, and OSHPD.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
- In‑depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with construction/project management software.
- A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
