Creative Director

Meaningful Beauty is seeking an experienced, discerning Creative Director to own and shape creative direction across all channels. The ideal candidate is a creative operator who balances taste, strategy, speed, and performance accountability.

Founded by Cindy Crawford over 20 years ago, Meaningful Beauty delivers effective skincare solutions rooted in science and long-term use to women 34+. The company is seeking a Creative Director, responsible for stewarding and elevating the brand’s creative expression as the company continues to scale its presence and impact.

The Creative Director will bring a strong creative point of view, exceptional taste, and the ability to operate fluidly between high-level strategy and hands‑on execution within a performance‑driven, DTC business. This role owns creative direction across social, digital commerce, performance media, broadcast, packaging, and product, ensuring cohesive expression across every consumer touchpoint and measurable impact across the funnel. You will set creative direction, keep eyes on all work, and stay close enough to the details to shape and elevate execution as volume and velocity increase.

This role reports directly to the VP of Content Strategy and works in close partnership across Content, Channels, Product Development, and leadership.

Creative leadership is critical to Meaningful Beauty’s ability to scale with intention, protect the trust it has earned, and continue to grow relevance and demand in a competitive beauty landscape. This role ensures the brand shows up consistently and distinctively across every touchpoint, driving long‑term brand value.

As Creative Director, you will lead the creative function as a true strategic engine for the business. You will shape how Meaningful Beauty evolves visually and emotionally, and build an in‑house creative organization with strong standards and momentum.

• Serve as the senior creative steward and drive vision for the Meaningful Beauty brand.
• Protect and advance established brand systems while evolving creative expression as the brand scales.
• Operate fluidly between high‑level creative strategy and hands‑on execution, staying close to the work to shape and elevate output.
• Uphold a high bar for taste, brand alignment, and creative integrity across all Founder‑involved and full‑funnel creative work.
• Translate business objectives and growth priorities into breakthrough creative that drives performance as well as brand impact.
• Partner closely with Product Development and Brand teams to shape the creative expression of new products, category expansion, and system evolution.

• Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing in‑house creative team.
• Establish a strong creative culture rooted in trust, clarity, collaboration, and high standards.
• Develop talent, foster creative excellence, and create an environment where strong ideas thrive.
• Introduce and evolve emerging workflows, tools, and technologies that enhance creative quality, scalability, and efficiency.

You are a creative leader who speaks the language of the business as fluently as you speak the language of creativity. You bring 15+ years of total experience, with a strong preference for in‑house leadership at a consumer brand and meaningful experience in beauty and performance‑driven, DTC environments. You have a proven ability to translate business objectives into breakthrough creative that drives both brand and demand.

You operate with sharp commercial instincts, strong judgment, and exceptional taste, and you are comfortable stewarding a Founder‑led brand with care, discretion, and confidence.

You are a creative visionary who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, equally comfortable shaping high‑level direction and rolling up your sleeves to elevate the work itself. You have built and led high‑performing in‑house creative teams, setting a high bar for craft, clarity, and impact.
