We are hiring a Digital Designer to join a top beauty company based in El Segundo, CA.
- Pay Rate: $42.50/HR
- Location:
El Segundo, CA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite) - Duration: 3 months (potential to extend)
- Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to ensure graphics and branding align with overall objectives and guidelines.
- Design graphics for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, web banners, headers, icons, infographics, email campaigns, social graphics, and templates.
- Support cross-functional teams with implementation of digital creative assets.
- Manage and maintain digital asset libraries, including campaign assets, photography, design files, fonts, icons, images, templates, and tutorials; establish proper file organization and naming conventions.
- Assist with implementing new software integrations and system updates to ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on digital trends and contribute to fresh content ideas and strategic initiatives.
- QA digital outputs and provide feedback to development teams or agencies.
- Communicate design concepts through visual comps and interactive prototypes across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital or multimedia design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital design and 360º campaign activations.
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices, responsive design, mobile-first design, and site/CRM optimization (load speed, SEO, localization).
- Proficient in design principles, typography, color, layout, and detail-oriented work.
- Experience with web development, digital marketing, and project management tools.
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; strong Mac system skills; familiarity with PowerPoint and collaboration tools a plus.
- Beauty, lifestyle, or luxury industry experience preferred.
