THE

PURPOSE:

The PD Assistant’s primary task is to carry out the direction of the PD Manager to support and ensure the successful development of all denim and related styles. Ensure upstream workflow is complete and accurate. Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of changes and deliverables. Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to a positive and productive culture.

What you are accountable for

• Data entry – support associate, PD manager / PD manager / Wash specialist with updating of charts, trackers, WIPs.
• Sample receiving, processing, and distributing to relevant teams.
• Prepare and send packages to vendors, NY, international teams, and follow up with all tracking numbers.
• Assist in reviewing wash samples.
• Track and review PROTO / SMS samples to ensure all details are correct and meeting deadlines.
• Organize in-season PROTO / SMS samples.
• Work with design and technical design teams to ensure BOMs / TP’s are complete and sent to vendors.
• Work with overseas vendors as needed.
• Other general office duties as needed.

• 1-3 years of experience in Product development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Background in the fashion industry
• Experience with Denim product development, denim fabrics, and raw materials
• Experience working with overseas vendors
• Adept with Full Circle, MS Suite, Excel, Adobe, Powerpoint or other apparel software systems

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $22.00 - $28.00 hourly. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  
  Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
