Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a retail team in California on a contract basis. This assignment will focus on producing compelling visual content for social media and advertising initiatives while supporting a fast-moving department during a period of brand and creative evolution. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing several priorities at once, adapting quickly to shifting needs, and delivering high-quality creative assets that strengthen campaign execution across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging graphics and artwork for social media campaigns, promotional content, and digital advertising materials.
• Partner with social media and creative stakeholders to turn campaign goals into effective visual assets for platforms such as Meta and Tik Tok.
• Manage multiple design assignments at the same time while meeting deadlines in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to develop, revise, and finalize branded creative deliverables.
• Support ongoing updates to advertising and social content as priorities shift and campaigns evolve.
• Contribute design ideas that align with refreshed brand direction and current marketing objectives.
• Prepare creative materials for launch, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and platform-specific optimization.
• Assist the team through a period of organizational and creative change by providing flexible day-to-day design support.
