The Opportunity:

Associate PM - Creative Operations helps to drive the completion of visual assets for assigned Brands through the consumer journey, from Packaging toe Commerce,and Social Media.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Track and manage omnichannel asset creation in Work Front for assigned Mattel brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure samples, 3D renders, and high-res images
• Support photo shoot production, including shoot sheets, logistics, product prep, and on-set coordination
• Lead weekly status meetings to track deliverables and elevate blockers as needed
• Maintain digital assets through tagging, organization, and publishing workflows
• Partner with Creative and Production to ensure asset accuracy and brand consistency
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
• Document and communicate clearly to support cross-functional alignment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in project management, able to focus and multitask
• Strong sense of organization, leadership, communication, and business acumen
• Professionalism - must possess excellent client service skills
• Ability to lead meetings and present at a high level
• Production experience or knowledge of photo and video production
• Ability to create process and follow procedures
• Experience with Workfront or other management tools, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud

This position is onsite in El Segundo
