Cetera is currently seeking a Service Professional for our Advisor Service & Support team located in El Segundo, CA. This is a unique opportunity to join our team in providing operational support and world-class customer service to our clients. This role is hybrid and will be 2-3 days a week in office.

Core Responsibilities
  • Cultivating meaningful connections with advisors, their teams, and clients to foster continuing relationships.
  • Establishing oneself as the primary point of contact for advisors’ clients, providing comprehensive guidance throughout their journey, assuming responsibility from inception to successful resolution.
  • Proficiently addressing queries regarding brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business, spanning from assisting with new account setup to managing transactions and servicing requirements.
  • Empowering advisors with exceptional support, harnessing innovative technologies to optimize their productivity and achievements.
  • Efficiently utilizing our advanced CRM tool to meticulously record and track service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.
  • Providing in-person/virtual training to clients and advisors, as well as may provide training to peers as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Education & Experience

Compensation

The base hourly range for this role is $20.65-$25.50, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base hourly range depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base hourly range may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
