Job Description
The LA Kings are seeking positive and enthusiastic individuals to begin their careers in sports. Each Fan Service Associate assists the LA Kings Ticket Sales and Service/Community Relations and Kings Care Foundation staff with game day responsibilities and supports the departments with day‑to‑day needs in office. The position begins in August and continues through the 2026-27 regular season, ending in April.
Post/off‑season hours may be scheduled on a case‑by‑case basis as needed. This is a part‑time, seasonal position that requires a high level of flexibility. Associates must be available to work all home games—including nights and weekends—and support regularly scheduled in‑office needs throughout the season.
- Executing game night responsibilities: preparing game night areas, materials and auction items; fulfilling pre‑, in‑game and post‑game activations and experiences; providing service support at Ticket Sales and Service and Kings Care Foundation concourse booths; assisting with game night special events and needs, including those supporting other departments.
- Supporting the Ticket Sales and Service department/Community Relations department and Kings Care Foundation in office: owning game night preparations and post‑game duties; organizing and maintaining storage areas and shared work spaces; executing administrative duties, special projects and other assignments as necessary.
- Assisting in the preparation of and at all major LA Kings and Kings Care Foundation events: to include LA Kings 5K, Kings Care Foundation Golf Tournament, LA Kings Festival, State of the Franchise, Season Ticket Member events, community events, and others.
- Take initiative and uphold a self‑motivated, proactive work ethic.
- Follow specific direction and use best judgment as necessary.
Payscale: $19.00

BonusThis position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
