LA Kings - Fan Service Associate

Job Description

The LA Kings are seeking positive and enthusiastic individuals to begin their careers in sports. Each Fan Service Associate assists the LA Kings Ticket Sales and Service/Community Relations and Kings Care Foundation staff with game day responsibilities and supports the departments with day‑to‑day needs in office. The position begins in August and continues through the 2026-27 regular season, ending in April.

Post/off‑season hours may be scheduled on a case‑by‑case basis as needed. This is a part‑time, seasonal position that requires a high level of flexibility. Associates must be available to work all home games—including nights and weekends—and support regularly scheduled in‑office needs throughout the season.

• Executing game night responsibilities: preparing game night areas, materials and auction items; fulfilling pre‑, in‑game and post‑game activations and experiences; providing service support at Ticket Sales and Service and Kings Care Foundation concourse booths; assisting with game night special events and needs, including those supporting other departments.
• Supporting the Ticket Sales and Service department/Community Relations department and Kings Care Foundation in office: owning game night preparations and post‑game duties; organizing and maintaining storage areas and shared work spaces; executing administrative duties, special projects and other assignments as necessary.
• Assisting in the preparation of and at all major LA Kings and Kings Care Foundation events: to include LA Kings 5K, Kings Care Foundation Golf Tournament, LA Kings Festival, State of the Franchise, Season Ticket Member events, community events, and others.

• Take initiative and uphold a self‑motivated, proactive work ethic.
• Follow specific direction and use best judgment as necessary.

Payscale: $19.00

This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).

This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
