Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Onsite Call Center CSR to join their team. As an Onsite Call Center CSR, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Class Action Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Onsite Call Center CSR Pay Range:

Shift: Full Time 8 AM to 8 PM, 8-hour shifts What's the Job?

Assist with Class action noticing and customer service inquiries related to the class action
Provide exceptional customer support via phone and written communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Follow legal and compliance guidelines during customer interactions
Support team efforts to resolve issues efficiently and professionally

What's Needed?

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work from 9 AM EST until 8 PM EST in 8-hour shifts
Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
