Lumina Health Care is looking for additional dental billers to join our team working Full-Time, Monday-Friday at our corporate office near LAX.
Responsibilities- Coding, preparing, and submitting insurance claims and invoices for dental procedures.
- Liaising with health insurance providers to ascertain patients' benefits, as required.
- Updating patients' personal and health insurance details, as needed.
- Ensuring that patient information remains confidential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Medical Biller, preferably in a dental practice.
- Familiarity with CDT and ICD codes preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
