You will lead a team of designers, translate concepts into compelling designs, and collaborate across Marketing, Packaging, Engineering and Product Management to deliver innovative toys for kids.
You will stay on top of trends in kids culture and entertainment, balance hands-on design work with people leadership, and help grow the next generation of design leaders within Mattel.
