• Lead the visual design process, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions that enhance user experience.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually elevate our design standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for various digital platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
• This position may require occasional travel for client meetings or team collaboration.
