Instructional Designer with Security Clearance at Blu Omega LLC.
Location:
El Segundo, CA. Blu Omega is seeking an Instructional Designer to drive a high-impact initiative focused on building a future-ready DoD workforce. You’ll partner with leadership to assess training needs, design scalable learning programs, and implement strategies that strengthen organizational performance and culture.
El Segundo, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)
ClearanceActive Secret Clearance required
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and enhance existing training programs to align with mission goals.
- Design and deliver engaging, modular, and scalable curricula.
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify learning gaps and measure outcomes.
- Develop communication materials and reports for senior leadership.
- Manage training logistics, materials, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Active Secret Clearance (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 5+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience in workforce training, instructional design, or organizational development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern learning tools.
- Experience with video-based training and editing (preferred).
- Strong project management and analytical abilities.
$85,000-$115,000
