Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Engineer with a specialty in Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) to join our growing team. This is a permanent position on our Construction team, where you will be integral in managing and executing various projects within the Corporate Office, Life Science, Labs, and Education sectors. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills, leadership abilities, and passion for innovation in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TI, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality projects on time and within budget.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial TI projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop full‑scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes when necessary.
• Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct project post‑mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Engineering role with a focus on Commercial TI.
• Proven experience in managing projects in the Corporate Office, Life Science, Labs, and Education sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and efficiently manage projects.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
