Prototype Engineer

Seeking technical leaders who want want to be a part of an Aerospace Start up; tip of the spear opportunity for prototype, test, qualification, and early manufacturing company. Across much of the aerospace industry, test and manufacturing infrastructure remains fragmented and constrained by legacy processes, pushing qualification too far downstream. This team is changing that by bringing design, build, test, qualification, and manufacturing under one roof, allowing product decisions to be shaped early—where they have the greatest impact.

Open roles include:

• Prototype & Qualification Test Engineer – leading functional and environmental testing, helping build modern test infrastructure, and working directly with design and manufacturing to influence product development from day one.
• Prototype Manufacturing (Build) Engineer – taking new product designs and bringing them to life by concurrently developing manufacturing processes alongside Design and Test Engineering, executing rapid prototype builds, and transitioning successful designs into production.

Both roles are hands-on, ownership-driven positions for individuals who want to build systems the right way—not inherit legacy constraints.

Compensation ranges from $130–150K (junior) to $160–275K (senior), plus an equity package.
