- Deeply involved in the design, testing and integration of Space systems ground integration efforts.
- Conduct risk assessment and provide recommendations for system design.
- Perform analyses at all levels of total system product: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Integrate new architectural features into existing infrastructures, review architectural artifacts, provide architectural analysis and relate existing system to future needs and trends.
- Provide engineering recommendations and resolve integration/testing issues.
- Plan and execute tests of software, hardware, and network systems to verify compliance with specifications, security policies, and operational requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios, including developmental, integration, interoperability, and operational testing.
- Analyze test results and translate data into actionable evaluative conclusions, making recommendations for improvements.
- Validate requirements for testability and ensure test strategies align with organizational goals.
- Manage test infrastructure, resources, and personnel to support test events and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver test reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support Integration, Verification, Validation and Testing (IVV&T).
- Coordinate and review Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) and verification products, supporting systems test activities.
- Support Space Systems Launch Readiness Planning and Integration.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in software/hardware testing, systems integration, penetration testing roles;
Space System experience is a plus. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
- Ability to apply technical expertise and may have knowledge of other related disciplines.
- Work performed under limited direction.
- Exercises latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments.
- Proficiency in Integration, Verification, Validation and Testing (IVV&T).
- Experience with test event design, data analysis, and test plan development.
- Skills in systems integration testing and interoperability testing.
- Ability to determine appropriate test rigor for different systems.
- Completed work may be reviewed from a relatively long‑term perspective, for desired results.
- No formal supervisory responsibility.
$120 – $160 K (California only)

Standard 40 hours per week
