The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Technology Analyst to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position will assist the team’s manufacturing engineers and stakeholders in managing and improving supply chain success. The selected Manufacturing Analyst will support the STE Architecture, Engineering and Design team, driving a Model Based Engineering culture and operations outlook.
The ideal candidate will bridge manufacturing and electrical systems teams to ensure producible, testable, and cost‑effective electrical assemblies.
- Gather and support the evaluation of technical data for specific projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices
- Participate or manage projects using approved project management techniques
- Initiate changes to supporting processes and related documentation
- Provide low-level training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production
- Assist in the development of production proposal activities
- Provide technical and administrative assistance to meet regulatory, production and process requirements
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services compliance
- Work under general supervision
- Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance; US citizenship required
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience developing, qualifying and certifying new materials, parts and processes
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (or clearance active within past 24 months); US citizenship required
- 1+ years experience in procurement, kitting or manufacture of non‑flight ground support equipment and/or test equipment
- Education or related work experience with Electrical Engineering Design or Systems Engineering-based development

Pay & BenefitsSummary pay range for Experienced: $96,900 – $131,100. Applications will be accepted until May 27, 2026. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
Export Control RequirementsThis position requires U.S. export control compliance. A “U.S. Person” is defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 and includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee.
RelocationRelocation assistance is not provided for this position.
Security ClearanceMust be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; an interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start is required.
