Overview
Position:
Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead – located in El Segundo, California. This role leads a Systems Engineering Scrum Team, ensuring development of secure, cross‑domain technologies and cryptographic products for military missions.
- Lead and mentor a Systems Engineering Scrum Team through design and development efforts.
- Communicate with multiple levels of management, team members, and customers.
- Interface with hardware and software Scrum Teams to resolve dependencies and technical challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, staffing requirements, and work‑item lists to meet quality and schedule goals.
- Estimate costs, resources, and time required to meet business targets.
- Analyze trends, performance, and forecasting reports to ensure project stability.
- Collect and analyze data on cost, schedule, and technical specifications to meet objectives.
- Hold regular project meetings to manage status, open issues, and tasks.
- Conduct critical‑path analysis and collaborate with program leadership to manage workflow.
- Monitor and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide support for proposals and bids using estimation tools.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 10years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7years of experience.
- Active and existing Secret U.S. government security clearance prior to start date.
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) focusing on earned value (EV).
- Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting technical data to program management.
- Experience serving as a product owner in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with Model‑Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools.
- Ability to capture customer requirements, develop design concepts, and trace system and subsystem‑level requirements.
- Experience with peer‑review processes, configuration and change management.
- Knowledge of bidding and project/task estimation tools.

Location:
El Segundo, California –Onsite. U.S. citizenship is required. The position may involve occasional travel (up to 10%).
