Analyze test data, assess system performance, and provide evidence-based recommendations to senior government leadership.
Support system integration, verification, and validation across space, ground, and C2 mission segments. Prepare and deliver technical briefings, risk assessments, and decision-support documentation to senior stakeholders. Represent the program office in contractor test reviews, technical interchange meetings, and cross-organizational forums. Mentor and guide junior test engineers, fostering a high-performing, knowledge-sharing team environment. Expert-level experience in ACAT-like test and evaluation planning and execution for developmental and operational testing of complex systems.

Experience managing test deficiencies and coordinating resolution in formal processes or boards.
