The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Special Test Equipment (STE) Architecture, Engineering, and Design team. This role bridges manufacturing and electrical systems teams to ensure producible, testable, and cost‑effective electrical assemblies.

• Develop and oversee manufacturing plans and optimization
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability meets requirements
• Coordinate with supplier management and project managers to integrate manufacturing requirements, hardware standards, design criteria, and schedule performance into the production plan
• Document and communicate producibility best practices
• Provide guidance and structured mentoring to others
• Coordinate parts procurement using various tools for management visibility

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non‑US equivalent qualification directly related to the work
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Production/Industrial Engineering
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

• 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (in the past 24 months considered active)
• Experience with parts obsolescence management, assessment & monitoring
• Experience with manufacturing planning tools and production system integration with supply chain
• Experience working with procurement in acquisition of parts

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications. Summary pay ranges are:

• Experienced: $111,350 – $150,650
• Lead: $135,150 – $182,850

Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. An interim or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance post‑start is required.
