Security Clearance Requirement: U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
What You Will Do- A successful candidate may be involved with any of the following activities:
- Circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design, documentation, trade assessments for obsolescence resolution, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware performance issues and hardware integration, test and verification.
- Work as part of a team design Special Test Equipment (STE) Hardware and Software.
- Testing Microwave RF circuits, Radio Frequency Assemblies (RFAs), Microwave Integrated Circuits (MICs), Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs), Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) & Production support.
- Work as part of a team to analyze hardware specifications to determine hardware requirements.
- Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity and efficiency enhancements.
- Interact with test technicians, factory facilitators, operations managers, other engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel.
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
- Experience working in a lab environment with standard EE lab equipment (i.e. Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters).
- Experience with design Software:
Keysight ADS, Sonnet EM, Ansys HFSS, AutoCAD or comparable. - Experience in software tools including C, C++, Lab Windows CVI, Matlab.
- Courses taken includes RF and Microwave Circuit Design.
