Position: Earned Value Management Analyst with Security Clearance
Overview Tecolote is searching for an experienced Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, to include analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) or Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) from development contractors. Responsibilities Tecolote Research, Inc. is hiring candidates to perform in a wide variety of Earned Value Management positions:
* Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors
* Work on-site with the customer at a secure facility at Space Systems Command (SSC)
* Support the management of major Air Force and Space Force programs at SSC
* Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-making
* Plan and participate in Integrated Baseline Review (I ) activities
* Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
* Instruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes, and procedures Skills Required
* Applicants must possess 2-7 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs
* Applicants must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, such as wInsight, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices
* Applicants should have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific training
* Applicants should have familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating
* Prior work at SSC and/or space programs is preferred
* Power

BI proficiency highly desirable
* Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, due to the national security nature of the position
* Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, and be willing and able to work in secure facilities (e.g. a SCIF or SAPF)
* Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00/Year, DOE Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
