• Verification environment architecture and design using System Verilog with OVM/UVM
• Creation of written test plan, test cases, code coverage tracking, and functional coverage tracking
• Testbench development for the verification of RTL blocks using VHDL or System Verilog
• Contribute to engineering estimates for new program pursuits
• Provide technical leadership for project verification teams by breaking down work, planning activities, and reporting status

• Degree (or advanced degree) in STEM with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance prior to start
• RTL coding and simulation in VHDL or Verilog
• Testbench development for RTL verification using VHDL and/or System Verilog
• Familiarity with best‑practice chip‑level verification techniques and languages (constrained‑random, functional coverage, System Verilog)
• Familiarity with revision control concepts and tools (Git, Subversion)

• ASIC / FPGA lab validation with advanced lab equipment
• Design for Test (DFT) and manufacturability issues
• Experience with Unix, scripting, C/C++, and/or Perl
• Proficiency using ASIC and/or FPGA simulation and synthesis tools (Questa Sim, Synplify, Quartus, Vivado, or other FPGA‑specific tools)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a diverse team, under aggressive schedules and frequent milestones
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to document and present one’s work and status

USD 75,800 – 144,200. The range represents all experience levels; final offer depends on role, function, responsibilities, experience, location, education, and key skills.
