Project Management Specialist - Integrated Product Team; Mid-Level or Senior

Position Overview

Project Management Specialist – Integrated Product Team (Level 3 or 4) to join the Integrated Payload Array Project Management team in El Segundo, CA.

• Responsible for cost, schedule, technical, and risk management for spacecraft assembly, integration, and test.
• Developing and maintaining earned value baselines and status performance to plan.
• Leading required resources from engineering, operations, quality, material management, and supply chain to execute per allocated baselines.
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams to implement lean, optimize production, and identify opportunities for savings.
• Performing reviews, gate closures, project close‑out activities, and documenting lessons learned for incorporation into hardware catalog, future project plans, and roadmaps.
• Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals, building rapport and trust among stakeholders and promoting program goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, engineering, or STEM field.
• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role (manager, project manager, team lead, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) or with creating estimates.
• Experience with electronics design.
• Experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules.

• El Segundo, CA – 100 % onsite.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizen required). A clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active.
• Travel up to 10 % of time.
• 1st Shift.
