Why this role matters

As our Level 4 Electrical Harness Production Control Account Manager, you’ll be accountable for the schedule, cost, scope, and technical performance of harness subsystem deliverables across one or more programs. You’ll connect Program Management, Engineering, Production, ATLO, and our customers to ensure quality hardware hits need dates, while optimizing capacity and manufacturability.

What you will do Translate program priorities from PMOs/MPMs into sequenced deliverables and day-to-day team execution.

Facilitate end-to-end flow: demand entry, procurement, manufacturing, ATLO, and delivery.

Own control account planning and performance: proposals, cost estimates, schedule baselines, EACs, risk management, and EV reporting (variance/corrective actions).Maintain LRE updates and a historical cost/schedule dataset to inform future baselines.

Align production schedules in shared areas with Production Scheduling to meet program milestones.

Develop the product roadmap aligned to long-range business plans; drive and authorize design changes with Engineering.

Act as the recognized technical authority and performance manager for the harness subsystem.

Track key TPMs; identify risks early; remove roadblocks so designers can focus on delivery.

Drive closure of DRs with responsible engineers to keep shop-floor execution on track.

Regularly status progress to program leadership, customers, and stakeholders.

Basic qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical/business discipline with grounding in cost, schedule, technical management, risk, and EVM.

Experience with Jira;
Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.

Proven leadership of engineering and/or manufacturing teams.

Evidence of using tools and metrics to drive outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred qualifications

Project leadership background.

Degree in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering;
Computer Science; or Electronic Design.

Comfort with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies, and when to tailor.

Ability to balance multiple programs and stakeholders under tight resources/schedules.

Skill in recognizing and acting on execution trends.

Knowledge of satellite subsystems and parts.

Confluence proficiency.

Active TS/SCI.Additional information

Level 4: $121,000 - $215,000.Work authorization and policies
