Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid‑Level Integrated Product Team Lead (Level 3) to join the Space Electronics Programs team in El Segundo, CA!
Position Responsibilities- Leads development of the project architecture and top level plans for a project.
- Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
- Facilitates the resolution of project issues.
- Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.
- Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
- Implements customer and program communication and contact plans.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post‑Start is required.
This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)- 3+ years of experience with integrated schedules
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
- 1+ years of experience working with the planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Technical manufacturing experience in the field of Digital/Power and RF electronics in a space environment
- Experience in creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment and resource requirements
- Experience leading a team who executed government required Earned Value Management (EVM)
