Key Responsibilities

Satellite Development, Integration, and Test

  • Review test plans, procedures, specifications, and technical orders to identify interface or integration issues.

  • Support requirements tracking, verification, and reporting of technical and schedule risks.

Payload, Spacecraft & Launch Vehicle Integration

  • Lead coordination and oversight of spacecraft, payload, and launch vehicle integration—including multi- payload and multi-orbit missions, rideshare adapters, boosters, and Cube Sat deployers.
  • Review integration plans/procedures and observe integration execution.
  • Support deviation/waiver processing, milestone development, and risk-management activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM field (or four additional years of experience in lieu of degree).
  • 9+ years experience in systems engineering, space-vehicle development, integration, and test.
  • Experience with interface management, ICD development, and end-to-end system integration.
  • Experience with launch vehicle mission interfaces, satellite test/processing, and launch readiness activities.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government SPOs and multi-contractor environments.
  • Clearance:
Active Top Secret Clearance and ability to acquire SCI / SAP Access
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multi- payload missions, rideshare operations, or multi-orbit deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with EELV/NSSL launch vehicles and launch-site processing flows.
