RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Thermal Engineer for the Mechanical Analysis and Test (MA&T) Center in El Segundo, CA. You will perform detailed thermal analyses across product life cycles, from design trade studies to production support, using hand calculations and finite element tools.
You will lead a team, present results to customers, and develop department processes while planning tests and correlating data.
