About the Opportunity
Success Matcher Recruitment has partnered with an innovative engineering leader developing next-generation energy technology. We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to build and own mission-critical integration and test infrastructure from the ground up.
Why You Should Join- Clean-Sheet Technical Ownership: Build the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environment from scratch, select platforms, simulate reactor sensors/actuators, and establish the overarching validation strategy.

- Top-Tier Compensation: $200K to $315K base salary, plus substantial equity and full benefits, with relocation support available for 100% onsite work in El Segundo, CA.
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
- Expertise building Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or complex electrical test systems from scratch.
- Strong background in system integration, validation, and real-time test platforms (NI PXI, dSPACE, Speedgoat, LabVIEW, Test Stand, Python, C++, or similar).
- Hands-on experience leading complex hardware programs from architecture through deployment.
