The Associate Producer I is responsible for running the successful live game service. This includes executing the Producer's vision by collaborating with multiple departments and ensuring the timely, high‑quality delivery of game service. This role works in a hybrid environment, with the office expected 2-3 times a week.

• Assists in coordinating tasks and dependencies with internal teams such as QA, Community, and Player Support to meet project deadlines.
• Helps maintain and track established schedules for maintenance, QA, and weekly bug triages.
• Collaborates with the team to support the daily operations of the live service, ensuring a stable play environment.
• Supports live service updates and maintenance to ensure seamless execution.
• Reviews basic game health metrics (e.g., ticket counts, community reports) to learn how to gauge the health of the game.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1–3 years of game production experience.
• 1+ year of live game experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of live and online game player behavior.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Knowledge of the game industry, including emerging trends with a focus on the markets served by Nexon.
• Preferably a gamer at heart.
• High level understanding of online environments and processes required to maintain high uptime.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional project and time‑management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $70,000 - $83,000 annually.
