Game Day Concierge

Chargers LUX, a premium experiences division of the Los Angeles Chargers, delivers access, exclusivity, and elevated service to VIP customers on game day and throughout the entire year. The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking qualified Game Day Concierge members to provide exemplary customer service and support to Chargers LUX Members and suite guests. Game Day Concierge will report to the Director of Suites & Premium Experiences.

Training will take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA, late July, 2026. All home games will take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA from August 2026 through January 2027. Additional playoff games may be required based on season performance. Other Chargers events may be requested but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between LUX members and Chargers staff during Los Angeles Chargers home games
• Assist with pre-game responsibilities including suite checks, catering, and general activations
• Escorting guests through Premium Areas when needed (SoFi/Pechanga/Chairman's Club, etc.)
• Maintain a working knowledge of LUX benefits, stadium way finding, and venue operations
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings and game days as required
• Assist with various duties as assigned by management

Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience and desire to work in the sports industry
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Independent problem solver
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Able to stand for the entire work shift and work in differing weather conditions
