About the RoleLiquid I.V. is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. This role will be a key contributor in the decision-making process around the company’s financial investments. The successful candidate will partner with the Senior Finance Manager and cross functional team members to maximize return on spend investment and grow revenue and profit. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to translate complex financial analysis into actionable, easily digestible recommendations to business decision makers.
Responsibilities- Be a finance business partner to the commercial functions, which include Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Ecommerce.
- Assist the Senior Finance Manager with managing the company’s investments to optimize returns, including:
- Building spend forecasts and reporting.
- Leading regular financial reviews with multiple budget holders.
- Performing variance analysis of actuals vs forecast.
- Building actuals and forecast commentary.
- Leading financial analysis for key initiatives including business case development, ROI analysis, post-event financial review.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 2+ years finance experience in CPG environment (preferred).
- Motivated self-starter who sets and drives a change agenda and is solution oriented.
- Commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and management reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Holistic thinker takes into consideration internal and external business context as well as end-to-end business processes (product development, supply chain, marketing, sales) in financial analysis.
- Ability to translate complex financial analysis into easily digested key messages to stakeholders, providing visibility to key issues and actionable recommendations to influence decision making.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and manage multiple priorities.

The compensation band for this position is $88,200 - $132,400 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
