Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding new deals from a process perspective by collaborating with the tax counsel and investment managers
- Analyze documentation monthly to ensure proper tax treatment
- Review quarterly and annual tax adjustments related to fixed income equities and alternatives
- Perform and document analytic analysis of quarterly results
- Develop and implement procedures with an emphasis on efficiency and controls
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficient in use of MS office (including Excel and Word)
- Proficient in understanding technology concepts
- Process improvement and automation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field required
- 8+ years of professional tax accounting experience preferred
