• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality‑earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Conduct due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Advance career within the transaction advisory services group.
• Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
• Invest in personal professional development through firm‑wide learning programs.

• 8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• High motivation, initiative, and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; experience conducting complex financial analysis and generating data‑driven insights.
• Ability to work autonomously to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries.
• Comfortable interacting with senior‑level client personnel, including supporting preparation and participation in executive briefings.

Pay rate range: $179,000 – $262,000. Actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangement, and location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
