We are currently seeking a Member Services Rep / Banker for a credit union located in El Segundo, CA!

Full-time, Temporary-to-Hire

$23.00/hr

Monday – Friday: 7:45am-4:30pm

• Responsible for providing in person support to the members in a branch setting.
• Assist members with opening new accounts (Regular Shares, Share Draft, Money Market, Term Accounts, IRAs, etc.).
• Assist members with servicing all credit union products and services including share accounts, loan products, term accounts, and IRAs.
• Process transfers, disbursements, payroll changes, and direct deposit documents.
• Assist with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and Card Services for ATM, Debit, and Credit Cards.
• Answer basic and routine member inquiries regarding credit union policies and procedures.

• 1 to 2 years of credit union or bank experience performing transactions in person.
• Experience opening new accounts.
• Ability to professionally assist members with credit union products and services.
• Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and Card Services for ATM, Debit, and Credit Cards experience required.
• Basic knowledge of loan products.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
