Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Hawthorne, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
Responsibilities- Own and evolve rolling forecasts—including scenario modeling and pressure-testing key assumptions—to keep leadership ahead of the curve.
- Build and enhance financial reporting: P&L analysis, variance breakdowns, and performance narratives that tell the story behind the numbers.
- Develop exec‑ready presentations and business review materials that drive confident, well‑informed decisions.
- Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to dig into revenue trends, cost drivers, and operational performance.
- Lead annual budgeting cycles—modeling revenue, expense, and headcount scenarios from the ground up.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.
- Solid command of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills—complex formulas, dynamic models, the works.
- Hands‑on experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- ERP experience required;
Net Suite a strong plus.
