Treasury Sales Client Officer
Responsible for delivering integrated treasury solutions to Commercial Real Estate clients, managing day‑to‑day relationships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal partners.
Responsibilities- Actively manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and increase product penetration across an assigned portfolio.
- Consult with client‑facing teammates on sales opportunities, providing product expertise and solutions that meet client objectives.
- Retain and grow existing revenue, seek opportunities to deepen solutions per relationship.
- Manage pricing, profitability, and ensure proper billing of products and services.
- Conduct regular relationship review meetings and identify process efficiencies, improvements, and industry initiatives.
- Coordinate fulfillment requests and respond to client and partner queries in a timely manner.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities through account analysis and client interactions.
- Handle client escalations, protect and grow revenue.
- 3 years of prior treasury sales experience.
- Strong product and financial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities.
- In‑depth understanding of bank structure, global cash management products, and services.
- Knowledge of risk guidelines and ability to manage and mitigate risk.
- Passionate, curious, and effective in business partnering.
- Understanding of working‑capital flows of real estate private equity, operating companies, REITs, and property managers.
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or a related field.
