Role Overview

Manager, Program Cost Controls – EW Systems finance team supports program execution for the ALR‑67 RWR programs, leading a team of 3–5 financial analysts and providing cost control, financial planning, and earned value management.

• Lead a team of financial analysts to support program execution, reporting, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Oversee period close activities and coordinate weekly and monthly financial reporting cadence.
• Support inputs, reviews, and submission of portfolio financial deliverables.
• Analyze financial performance including bookings, sales, earnings, cash, and cost elements.
• Identify and communicate financial performance issues.
• Maintain balance sheet, overhead, and investment activities, including capital projects, NBI spending, CFRs, and ARs.
• Ensure application of Raytheon financial policies and procedures across program teams.
• Manage earned value management (EVM), baseline planning, estimate at completion (EAC) development, risk and opportunity analysis, financial forecasting, short‑range outlook (SRO), annual operating plan (AOP), and long‑range plan (LRP) activities.
• Support customer and internal management meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with externally reported EVM programs, including IPMDAR, CFSR, DFARS requirements, and DID formats.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• U.S. Citizen, and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance (DoD Secret).

• Experience working in team environments and coordinating work across functions.
• Experience with FP&A concepts, systems, and processes.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and workloads.
• Experience analyzing and summarizing financial data for decision support.
• Experience communicating financial information in written and verbal formats.
• Experience working independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Active or transferable U.S. government security clearance prior to start date.

Knowledge of DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) and requirement for a DoD Secret clearance. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance.
