Senior FP&A Analyst – Disability Services
The Senior FP&A Analyst supports the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for the Disability Services division. This role partners closely with Finance and operational leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis that support strategic decision‑making. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in strengthening planning processes, improving financial visibility, and providing actionable insights that help the organization scale efficiently while maintaining financial discipline.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision‑making across the organization
- Analyze financial performance, operating expenses, revenue drivers, and key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support OPEX planning and expense management by partnering with department leaders to monitor spending, evaluate variances, and maintain forecasting accuracy
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis, management reporting, and executive‑level presentations
- Assist in building scalable FP&A processes, governance frameworks, and planning methodologies that support organizational growth and operational rigor
- Partner with Business Intelligence and operational teams to ensure reporting consistency, data accuracy, and alignment of financial and operational metrics
- Support the evaluation of business initiatives, investments, and strategic projects through financial analysis and cross‑functional collaboration
- Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field - 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly analytical environment
- Strong financial modeling experience with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models independently
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Net Suite, or similar business intelligence and ERP platforms preferred
- Healthcare, home care, disability services, or related industry experience preferred

This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per week.
