Raytheon has an exciting opportunity within the Advanced (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Spectrum Dominance (ASD) organization for a Manager, Estimating & Pricing. This high‑visibility senior pricing position focuses on creating winning cost proposals.
What You Will Do- Maintain extensive contact with proposal team members, subcontractors, customers and RI&S senior leadership to develop cost proposals, including ongoing programs, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and new business pursuits.
- Lead pricing support from pre‑RFP activities through proposal negotiations, forming and guiding the proposal cost team, managing cost volume development, and compiling cost, schedule and technical elements per RFP and FAR.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior pricing analysts and build relationships to drive success.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance;
DoD Secret clearance required.
- Experience on competitive and sole‑source proposals exceeding $100 million.
- Advanced knowledge of FAR, Part 15, and CAS.
- Coursework toward or a master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Ability to attain a DoD issued Secret Security clearance.
- Proven leadership of large cross‑functional teams in dynamic environments with strong proposal‑management skills.
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring junior pricing analysts.
- Independently capable and effective as a team member in a highly dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency with company estimating and pricing tools such as Pro Pricer.
- Support cross‑functional teams with compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience briefing all levels of management.
- Experience with various contract types (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FPIF, T&M, Incentive Fee) and understanding their financial implications.

Hybrid:
Employees work regularly both onsite and offsite. The ratio of onsite work is determined in partnership with the leader.
- Salary range: $118,300 – $224,900 (USD).
